1. Demonstration Overview

This onsite laser cleaning demonstration ("Demo") is provided by Vinyl Technologies Inc dba Vytek Laser Systems ("Vytek") to showcase the capabilities and functionality of Vytek's laser cleaning systems. The cost of this Demo is credited toward the future purchase of a laser cleaning system from Vytek, provided that the purchase is made within 90 days of the Demo.

2. Safety and Operation

Only a qualified Vytek representative is authorized to operate the laser cleaning system during the Demo. For safety reasons, all participants and observers must adhere to safety instructions provided by Vytek representatives. Under no circumstances should any personnel other than Vytek representatives handle or operate the system until properly trained and under the supervision of the Vytek Representative.

3. Release of Liability

By agreeing to this Demo, the client acknowledges that laser equipment has inherent risks. Vytek is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or other incidents that may occur during or as a result of the Demo, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Vytek personnel. The client agrees to hold Vytek harmless from all claims, damages, losses, and liabilities arising from the Demo.

4. Care and Protection of Equipment

The client agrees not to damage, tamper with, or modify the laser cleaning equipment provided for the Demo. Any actions that may damage or impair the equipment’s functionality, including unauthorized opening or attempts to reverse engineer any part of the system, are strictly prohibited. The client may be held liable for repair or replacement costs arising from any damages caused by such prohibited actions.

5. Property Damage

Vytek takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property during the Demo. However, Vytek shall not be held responsible for any incidental damages unless such damage is caused by gross negligence or intentional actions of Vytek personnel.

6. Confidentiality

All proprietary information, technology, and operational details of the laser cleaning system shared during the Demo remain the exclusive property of Vytek. The client agrees not to share, copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the Demo without prior written consent from Vytek.

7. Acknowledgment

By scheduling or attending the Demo, the client agrees to these terms and conditions, including the release of liability, limited warranty, equipment care obligations, and operational restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
