Before You Ship
Preparing samples and files
- Send representative parts, including worst cases, not just your best samples.
- Label every sample with your company name and a sample ID that matches the form.
- Put a printed copy of the form in the box with the parts.
- Photograph parts beside a ruler, show the process area close up, and include good and rejected examples.
- Include a safety data sheet for any coated, treated or hazardous material.
- Contact us first before sending export-controlled parts or data (ITAR / EAR).
