COMPACT

Laser Marking System

The Compact™ is an advanced, industrial grade, galvo marking station that is perfect for low production laser marking or engraving. With its lightweight and easy setup, you can simply plug the system into a 110 VAC outlet and start marking in no time.


Designed to meet a wide range of marking needs, the Compact™ can easily adapt to a variety of part shapes and sizes. It can accommodate a 16" x 16" part size while remaining a benchtop model. Moreover, it comes standard with a true 30-watt fiber and offers options for higher wattages or MOPA lasers.


The Compact™ integrates:

  • 7-inch Z-Axis stroke.
  • Class 1 Enclosure
  • Quick Change Optic Assembly for Focal Lengths from F-110 mm to F-254 mm 
  • Full Function Operator Interface for On-The Fly Program Adjustment with the PC option

FEATURES

Standard Table Configuration

The table is an aluminum T-Slot extrusion support ready to accept a customer supplied fixture assembly.


Beam Delivery

With the Compact series the laser beam is delivered to the work surface by means of a high accuracy galvo with a working field size defined by the user’s choice of optics. The optional 3-axis galvo extends the field size to 300mm as well as offering 3D engraving features.


Base Structure

The base system is a steel structure designed specifically to reduce the effects of the surrounding vibrations while offering a thermally stable support structure. The Galvo assembly is mounted on a high precision Z stage which itself is mounted to a precision surface.  

Fiber Laser

The Compact series can accommodate air cooled Q switched, Pulsed and CW laser sources from 30 to 200 watts and on select models, MOPA Fiber lasers from 30 to 350 watts. 


PC Connection

The PC is connected via ethernet or USB depending on the configuration.


Air Assist

Use of clean, filtered shop air for the air pump which will help keep the work area clean.
